We are here to help solve your storage problems.   There is plenty of room for parking, covered loading space and you are welcome to use our range of hand trolleys and sack barrows.    At Dover, we have a fork-lift truck for use by licensed operators, by prior arrangement.   There is a large selection of drive-up storage units with 24/7 access.    A comprehensive range of packing materials and padlocks are on sale.   Archive Retrieval Services are available – contact us for details.   Our extended opening hours allow convenient free access and include weekend opening.   As a customer-led, quality organisation we are prepared to consider any reasonable suggestions and adjust our services to meet your requirements.

ARRANGING STORAGE IS SIMPLE

We have rooms of all sizes from 16 to 200 sq. ft.   We also have secure steel lockers for those smaller items.   Come and choose the unit most suitable for you.   Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to offer advice.  Complete a simple agreement and the unit is yours to occupy.   You padlock the unit and keep the key.   Access to your unit during our long opening hours is free.   All visitors are required to sign in and out at the office.   You can be confident that your property is safe in our secure, clean and dry facility.

SECURITY

We believe that security is vital.   Rooms and lockers are constructed of steel panels with metal doors and are padlocked by you.   CCTV cameras monitor the inside of our buildings and also the areas outside.   Intruder and fire alarms are linked to the emergency services.

AFFORDABILITY

Storage fees start at just £4.50 per week with no hidden charges – we do not charge VAT.   An initial deposit is refunded when the unit is vacated.   The usual minimum hire period is just 2 weeks.   Generous discounts are available.  We believe we offer the most competitively priced storage in East Kent.

PACKING MATERIALS

Both stores sell packing materials to help you with your move.   These comprise wardrobe cartons, removal cartons (45×45x50 cm.), archive boxes (ideal for books etc.), tape, markers, bubble-wrap and mattress and chair covers plus many other useful items.

CONTRACTURAL LIABILITY

Our storage fees include £3,000 of contractural liability  cover per unit.   Should additional liability be required it can be arranged.
