Q: How long can I occupy my storage unit?
A: From as little as two weeks to as long as you need.

Q: I want to use the storage long term, but I’m worried it will be too expensive.   Can you help?
A: Yes.   We offer discounts for long-term storage.   Contact us for more details.

Q: Is the storage unit clean and dry?
A: Yes.   Come and see for yourself – you may choose your own storage unit!

Q: What about security?
A: Our facilities are protected by CCTV cameras, intruder and smoke alarms and linked to the emergency services.

Q: Surely there must be hidden costs for all this?
A: No.   Unlike many of our competitors we do not charge VAT.

Q: I need some packing materials.   Can you help?
A: Yes.   Our shop stocks a wide range of packing materials.

Q: How is the unit secured?
A: With a padlock.    Bring your own or buy one from our shop.

Q: When may I access my unit?
A: You have unlimited free access during our long opening hours.

Q: I have some large boxes.   Do you have anything to help me move them?
A: Yes.   We have a range of trolleys and sack barrows available free of charge.   At Dover there is a fork-lift truck for licensed users only, by prior arrangement.

Q: Are there any restrictions on what I can and can’t store?
A: Understandably, we do not allow you to store perishable, dangerous, highly inflammable, volatile, toxic, noxious or illegal goods.   If you have any queries please contact us.

Q: How do I prepare my white goods for storage?
A: Fridges and freezers should be thoroughly defrosted.   Washing machines, dryers and dishwashers should be fully drained.   Make sure all appliances are clean and dry and store them with the doors ajar.
